A distribution project is the rows of one DNO’s Embedded Capacity Register that agree on licence area, customer site, grid supply point and customer; no DNO publishes a reference on every row. Each row’s capacity is the DNO’s own figure for that row and rows are never summed. Accepted to connect is the DNO’s status; a flexible (ANM) connection’s capacity is not firm. A target energisation date is as published, a planned date. Distribution MW are never added to TEC.
